Which one of these stars is The Walking Dead? Cast gathers at NY Comic-Con ahead of season seven premiere where one will die
Stars from AMC's The Walking Dead were out en force at New York Comic-Con Saturday, amid growing anticipation toward the show's season seven premiere in two weeks.
The burning question was which character will die in the opening episode at the brutal hands of bloodthirsty Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) - Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Ross Marquand, Michael Cudlitz, Danai Gurira or any of the other popular players?
Despite the intensity, the cast enjoyed a few more light-hearted moments in Manhattan Saturday at The Theater at Madison Square Garden.

Norman, the shaggy-haired hunk of the zombie-fest, wore an all-black-outfit on a jacket, pants and boots.
He was seen chatting up with gorgeous co-star Danai Gurira, who plays Michonne; and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, whose bloodthirsty character Negan provided one of the strongest cliffhangers on television with a mysterious murder - using a barbed wire-covered a baseball bat - to close out the show's sixth season in April.
Also on hand for the entertainment event were The Walking Dead cast members Lauren Cohan (Maggie Greene), Michael Cudlitz (Sgt. Abraham Ford), Lennie James (Morgan Jones), Sonequa Martin (Sasha Williams), Melissa McBride (Carol Peletier) and Steven Yeun (Glenn Rhee).
Heavy hitters on the show's production end, such as executive producers Greg Nicotero and Scott Gimple, were also spotted at the event in the Big Apple, as well as creator Robert Kirkman, who revealed a few interesting tidbits during a Friday panel held at the Hammerstein Ballroom.

With major hype swirling around the season opener Kirkman told the crowd he was making 'no promises' about how it would be received, but suspected viewers would register a strong reaction, good or bad.
'There’s a very good chance that on the night of October 23, you’ll be very happy; there’s also a very good chance that you’ll be very upset,' he said. 'I won’t be there, so I won’t care - but it will be one or the other.'
Kirkman told event-goers that while he knew what had triggered the zombie outbreak the comic book adaptation is based on, but didn't feel it was a necessary aspect to add into the TV show's storyline.

Good vibes: Producer Greg Nicotero, 53, hugs creator Robert Kirkman, 37, at the Saturday showcase
'What am I, going to have a scientist walk up and say, "Hey we figured it out, the president was working with NASA?"' he asked.
Kirkman noted that making a huge deal out of it on the show, or its spin-off, Fear the Walking Dead, would have 'too sci-fi' a feel for what he's going for.
The Walking Dead's seventh season begins on AMC on October 23 at 9/8c.
Batter up: The show's sixth season ending - of Negan preparing to massacre someone with a bat - has been one of the most talked-about TV cliffhangers in recent memory
