One week, two awards: Florence and the Machine continue their winning streak at the Meteor Awards in Ireland

She is probably still reeling from winning the award for Best British Album at The Brits earlier this week for her 2009 release Lungs.

But is seems Florence Welch will have to get used to picking up gongs.

Success: Front woman Florence Welch walked the red carpet in a magnolia mini-dress

For at the Meteor Awards in Ireland last night, the 23-year-old walked away with yet another trophy - this time for Best International Band.

Wearing a magnolia mini-dress, complimented by her scarlet hair and lipstick, the London-born singer looked every inch the rising star.

Classy: Pixie Lott and Dizzee Rascal opted for old-fashioned glamour - the former in a black cocktail dress, the latter in a tuxedo

She later changed into fringed, full-length gown embellished with gold gems to give a rousing performance at the Dublin ceremony.

Also in attendance was homegrown band Westlife, whose popularity shows no sign of waning in their native Ireland.
