Is there no stopping the Tea Party? After shaking up American politics in the last couple of years the movement is finally publishing its own magazine.

The Tea Party Review is being launched on Friday and is being dubbed the first publication 'for, by, and about the Tea Party movement.'

'This magazine is a response to demands from Tea Party members across the country for a magazine that we can call our own,' said Katrina Pierson, the magazine's National Grass Roots Director and Dallas Tea Party member.

'It will ensure the integrity and sustainability of the movement, and bring together Tea Party members who are interested not only in making a statement but in making a real change,' said Pierson.

The monthly magazine will make its first appearance this weekend at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, D.C., where it will be based.

It will cost $34.95 a year for a subscription.

It promises to feature articles 'reflecting the values' of limited government and taxes.

Tea Party lobbying, foreign policy, political corruption and appealing to Hispanic immigrants will be included in the first edition.

The initial circulation will be about 10,000, but that may increase.

The magazine's website says: 'We need a place to develop plans for taking our country back from the elitist, arrogant, obnoxious, corrupt members of the Washington establishment and their friends in Hollywood, the news media, faculty lounges, and on Wall Street.

Christina Botteri, of the National Tea Party Federation, who helped organize the group’s Tax Day Tea Party protests in 2009, is the editor of the publication.

Most people associate the party with Sarah Palin, the former Alaskan governor who had her own reality TV show Sarah Palin's Alaska. The show aired on the TLC channel until its run ended last month.
