She was once voted the sexiest woman alive but Minka Kelly’s stunning looks don’t come entirely effortlessly.

The Charlie’s Angels star was seen leaving a Los Angeles gym on Friday, and it seems she had endured something of a rigorous workout.

After her exercise session the 32-year-old headed straight to a healthy eatery to refuel.

She was spotted popping into the Earth Bar in West Hollywood to treat herself to something tasty.

The actress emerged carrying a nutritious looking smoothie shortly afterwards.

She was dressed casually for her exercise session in a white T-shirt, matching sports bra and trainers and black cropped leggings.

Minka had her luscious brunette locks tied out of her face and into a simple updo, and appeared to be make-up free under her aviator sunglasses.

The gorgeous star has reportedly rekindled her romance with Chris Evans.

The pair are believed to have started dating again two months ago after a relationship in 2007.

The on/off couple were seen sharing yet another intimate dinner date at Sushi Taiyo on Thursday evening.

Although her Charlie’s Angels reboot last year flopped, things are looking up for Minka.

The starlet beat out Mila Kunis for the role of former first lady Jackie Kennedy in The Butler, which is based on the true story of Eugene Allen, who worked for eight different White House presidents over 50 years.
