With two movies soon to be released and another filming, Mark Ruffalo is a man in demand.

But the actor found a little time on Friday to enjoy his daughter Odette's company as they biked around the streets of New York City.

The 45-year-old was seen strolling the sidewalks on a sunny day on his way to meet his daughter.

Ruffalo looked ready for business in a striped oxford shirt and dark navy slacks, one bike helmet strapped to his head and another in hand.

Five-year-old Odette was dressed for the sunny day, sporting a cheery long-sleeved dress striped in hot pink and strappy pink sandals.

The pair hopped on a black mountain bike specially modified with a back seat for Odette, who has previously been spotted riding around town with her dad.

Ruffalo continues to build his reputation as a family man despite working on upcoming wrestling drama Foxcatcher, which will premiere later this year.

And the busy star also stars in the soon to be released Can A Song Save Your Life? alongside Keira Knightley and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.

He is also currently filming The Normal Heart, a TV movie that follows a gay activist as he raises HIV/AIDS awareness in the early 1980s.

It's a far cry from Ruffalo's work as the Hulk in The Avengers, which broke box-office records worldwide.

And unlike that iconic character, Ruffalo was all smiles on Friday, even flashing the photographer a peace sign and a big grin as he walked his bike around the city.

Beyond his acting work, Ruffalo has been busy on social media, most recently tweeting about damage to the Gulf of Mexico from natural resource harvesting gone wrong.

'Between oil spills and natural gas disasters, the Gulf is getting hammered. Enough!' he wrote, linking to a petition sponsored by conservancy group Sierra Club.
