Put the kettle on! Chloe Moretz is warming up to her role in If I Stay with a hot cuppa
|
It's cold and it's early so it's no wonder Chloe Moretz needs a cup of something hot to help kick start her day of filming in Vancouver, Canada, on Wednesday.
The chilly 16-year-old was caught on the set of her new movie, If I Stay, directed by R.J. Cutler, which is based on author Gayle Forman's 2009 bestseller for young adults.
The brunette looked warm and cosy in a black quilted coat that fell to her ankles. She stuffed one hand into her pocket to keep it out of the cold as she clung on to her hot drink with the other. Her loosely-styled hair framed her face and spread over her shoulders.

In the thriller, Chloe plays Mia, a teenage cello player who is left in a coma after a car crash kills her entire
family.
She has an out-of-body experience in the hospital and is faced with the choice between continuing what will be a difficult life or simply giving up.
Chloe's love interest in the movie, Adam, is played by Snow White And The Huntsman actor Jamie Blackley.

And the Atlanta, Georgia-born starlet admits to feeling under pressure to get the relationship right so that the book's huge number of fans aren't disappointed.
'The readers are very serious about me and Adam, and they really need that palpable relationship,
and
for me, I just want to go in there and create that relationship with
Jamie,' she told MTV News on October 23.
'It's that young love, and you have to capture that feeling.'
Chloe is presently starring in the remake of Carrie, which opened in the US on October 18 and is due to bow in the UK on November 29.
The $30 million-budget film has under-performed at the box office so far, taking in just over $26 million up to October 27.

The teenager beat Dakota Fanning, Emily Browning and Lily Collins to land the part of Carrie, which scored Sissy Spacek an Oscar nomination in 1977.
She’s onscreen next in comedy Kick-Ass 2.
In 2014, the in-demand actress will star in the mystery thriller Dark Places with Charlize Theron, Christina Hendricks and Nicholas Hoult.
Chloe will also appear in Antoine Fuqua's The Equalizer with Oscar winners Denzel Washington and Melissa Leo; Laggies with Keira Knightley and Sam Rockwell; and Sils Maria with Kristen Stewart and Juliette Binoche.
