Cara Delevingne looked fresh out of bed as she resurfaced from her hotel room after a weekend of partying with superstar BFF Rihanna in New York.

The 21-year-old protected her model looks against the wind in a large green and black-leather parka lined with thick black fur..

Covering up in stylish round Elton shades by Quay Eyeware and printed jogging bottoms bearing the words 'married to the mob' and 'supreme b****', Cara hailed a cab as she headed out from the Manhattan hotel.

Cara has been in New York following yet another trot down the Victoria’s Secret runway.

Joining the likes of ‘Angels’ Alessandra Ambrosio and Karlie Kloss for the world famous underwear show, you would think that she would have spent the previous night doing crunches and juicing kale.

Not Cara. Instead she took her mind off things by playing Call of Duty and wolfing down a Domino’s pizza and an impressive 21 chicken strippers.

On Saturday she joined her new BFF Rihanna for her closing night on the Diamonds World Tour, which the pair celebrated until the early hours, resurfacing looking worse for wear on Sunday morning.

When the stage lights went out for Rihanna's final night in New Orleans, Cara was by her side and the pair is said to have partied until 6am before turning up at their New York hotels just a few hours later.

It is thought Cara is set to head to Italy to film Michael Winterbottom’s new film, inspired by the story of Amanda Knox.

After smaller acting parts in Anna Karenina and Kids In Love, it is set to be her biggest role to date.

Cara will play young English woman Melanie in The Face of An Angel, in which she will star alongside Rush star Daniel Bruhl and Total Recall actress Kate Beckinsale.

Although Miss Delevingne revealed in a recent interview with iD magazine that she is insecure about her body and would like to add some curves to her hips, her godmother does not agree.

And when your godmother is Joan Collins, you take the praise to heart.

She doesn’t need any advice,’ Ms Collins said about Cara in an interview with the Daily Express last week.

‘She is the most natural and down-to-earth girl you could ever meet. You would never believe she is a top model.

‘I am very proud and I think it is wonderful what she has done.'

Street casual: Cara kept her off duty uniform street and casual with dark loose fitting clothes and Timberland boots

Meanwhile, with the festive season just around the corner, Cara has offered her support for British surprise gift website, NotAnotherBill.com, by posting a snap on her Instagram page of her holding her latest delivery from the subscription service.

Writing alongside the picture, she said: 'Better to receive a gift than a bill.'

And the supermodel is by no means the only celebrity fan of the site, with Gwyneth Paltrow also including NotAnotherBill in her presigious GOOP Christmas Gift Guide.
