Girls day out! Bare-faced Maria Shriver hits the mall with her daughters for a bonding shopping trip

She recently started a new job on The Today Show.

But busy Maria Shriver can still find the time to spend a relaxing day with her daughters, bonding as they hit the shops at a local mall in Malibu, California on Saturday.

The 58-year-old looked as youthful as ever on the family day out with Katherine and Christina, her daughters by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The award-wining journalist and one-time First Lady of California looked relaxed and casual in a brown leather jacket, blue jeans and black ankle boots.

Her light brown hair pulled back into a ponytail, Maria shaded her eyes with cat-eye sunglasses.

Meanwhile Katherine, 23, and Christina, 22, were even more dressed down in matching black leggings and sweater combos.

The Amazonian pair, who clearly inherited their father's height, towered over their petite mother, despite wearing flat shoes.

Christina stood out wearing a pink and white scarf, while Katherine - who, as an author, is more used to the limelight - covered up in a black beanie and dark glasses.

On Thursday, Maria shared her Thanksgiving goals with the readers of her blog.

They included, 'to be open instead of closed, 'to be present instead of focusing on buying presents,' and 'to focus on having capital “F” Fun.'

She also pledged to 'remain calm,' instead of getting stressed out.

Last week, Maria, a Georgetown-graduate, attended the annual lighting of the Christmas Tree at The Grove mall in Los Angeles with her sons Patrick and Christopher.

And earlier in the month, she was spotted celebrating her 58th birthday with her family and old pal Oprah Winfrey at Geoffrey's restaurant in Malibu.

Hard to tell whether she looks older or younger than 58. I will give her credit in that it appears that she has never had any plastic surgery. Rare to find that in LA.
