Beauty has a big heart: Gisele Bundchen steps out makeup free in Boston just days after making a teenage cancer patient's Christmas wish come true

Gisele Bundchen may be the world's highest-paid supermodel, but she knows how to keep it humble.

The 33-year-old was seen visiting the gym in Boston on Saturday morning dressed down in an ordinary grey ensemble and wearing no makeup.

This outing came two days after the Brazilian made a teenage girl's Christmas wish come true by paying her a special visit as she battles cancer.

The bombshell wore light grey leggings, a grey top featuring a mysterious design, with a grey overcoat and generic brown UGG boots.

She appeared to wear no make up, with her wavy dirty blonde hair cascading around her shoulders.

Gisele was gazing intently at her mobile phone as she made her way to her vehicle.

She currently resides in Boston with her 36-year-old football player husband Tom Brady, and their kids - four-year-old Benjamin Brady, one-year-old Vivian Brady, and Tom's six-year-old son from a previous marriage, John Moynahan.

This outing follows on the heels of a recent visit to a young acquaintance at her home in Malden, Massachusetts the day after Christmas - a delightful gift to the teenage girl who is currently battling cancer.

'She's my role model, and I love her and she was really nice meeting me at my house, it was very special,' Karina Xavier said.

As reported by WHDH 7 News, Karina and the former Victoria's Secret Angel met once before, two years ago at a Dana Farber event.

At the time, the 15-year-old was in the middle of chemotherapy treatments for bone cancer. She went into remission, though the cancer is back, and she is undergoing another round of chemotherapy.

Thursday morning, Karina and Gisele talked fashion, and shared make-up tips.

Karina runs a blog, Chic by Karina, featuring many how-to videos.

'I post a lot of inspiration stuff, Christmas video, and DIY videos and everything that girls like to watch,' she said.

Gisele also provided moral and emotional support.

'She says that you have to be really positive, and I actually agree with her, and I think that's very important,' Karina said.

Gisele later posted a photo of the two to her Instagram and Twitter accounts, writing: 'It was a pleasure to see you again @chicbykarina. You are a warrior, an inspiration of positivity and courage. I will be praying for you. Sending you love and light always.'

According to WHDH 7, Karina is taking Gisele's words to heart and is confident she will beat the cancer again. She also said her friendship with the famous model is just beginning.

She posted a photo of the two to her Instagram account two days ago, with the caption: 'From the moment you surprised me, until the moment you left, I was so shocked for you being here with me!

'Thank you so much for taking time off of your day to come visit me and spend some time with me! Also thank you for your kind words and your very meaningful gifts!

'You are a great person and you will continue inspiring me... I love you @giseleofficial.'

On Friday the beauty posted a sexy photo to Instagram which she captioned, 'Backstage of my last shoot of the year #work.'

Thankful: Karina responded in kind, posting the photo of her and Gisele to her Instagram account, saying, 'thank you for your kind words and your very meaningful gifts! You are a great person and you will continue inspiring me... I love you @giseleofficial'
