He is famous the world over for his role as Harry Potter, however despite the film franchise now being complete, fans looked as keen as ever to meet Daniel Radcliffe on Tuesday evening.

The actor looked smart as he arrived at the London premiere of his new movie What If in Leicester Square, before spending time posing for snaps with those that lined the red carpet.

The 25-year-old teamed his navy suit with a pale blue shirt before chatting to presenter Laura Whitmore about the romantic flick which sees him go skinny-dipping with co-star Zoe Kazan.

Her thigh-skimming dress came complete with floaty cape detailing and was teamed with classic nude stilettos and a gold pendant.

The 29-year-old wrote on Twitter beforehand: 'Hosting #WhatIf premiere this evening. Such a lovely film, highly recommend it'.

Daniel revealed that Zoe hadcaught his attention as they filmed a nude scene - by writing a message on her nipples.

The actors were on a night shoot for the movie in a chilly Canadian lake working on a skinny-dipping scene when she put the lettering on the 'pasties' she used to preserve her modesty.

He tried to respond with a cheeky message on his own bottom, but the actor - who has dyspraxia, which can make writing difficult - said he struggled to make it legible.

Daniel commented: I've had much worse nude scenes in my life. It was kind of a fun scene because it's abut skinny dipping and actually that night, it wasn't warm but it wasn't nearly as cold as I have felt it be in Canada at that time of year, so it could definitely have been a lot worse.

'We had a lot of fun. Zoe wrote me a message on her nipple pasties which said, 'Hi Dan'. It was a concise message. It was fun, it was a good couple of days.'

Asked about his response to her message, he said: 'I tried to write, 'Hi Zoe' on my bum, but I seem to remember trying to do it in a mirror. My handwriting is not great at the best of times. Trying to do it backwards on the back side of me, it would not have gone well.'

Romantic comedy What If sees the pair starring as best friends who realise they are perfect for each other, even though she is already in a relationship.

It is released in cinemas on August 20.

She completed her outfit with metallic heels, while her long tresses were worn down over one shoulder.
