In June she holidayed in Europe, meeting up with ex husband James Packer and his new partner Mariah Carey.

And now Jodhi Meares is enjoying another getaway, spending time with her Upside team for what's being called a 'full creative immersion.'  

The entrepreneur and former model has been sharing snaps from their working retreat to Hawaii, on Sunday seen on Instagram enjoying a beach day alongside designer Matthew Bouris.

'Sandy kids don't care,' she wrote alongside the shot - in reference to their bodies being covered in sand.

Jodhi, 44, added the hashtags 'Hawaii, my team is better than yours' and 'total creative immersion.'

On Saturday the brunette beauty shared a shot what she dubbed 'Yoquet' - her doing yoga while playing croquet with the team.

The foursome are likely on their way home, with Matt posting a shot of Jodhi to his account and writing 'last day on the island thanks for having us boss lady.'

Jodhi spent most of her June and July holidaying in Italy, where to the surprise of many she was seen spending time with ex husband James Packer and his new love interest Mariah Carey.

The Upside owner set the record straight on her and billionare James' relationship, writing on Instagram last week that he's 'actually one of my best friends and one of the biggest legends you'd ever have the pleasure of meeting.' 

Earlier in the month the pair attended the Adopt For Change fundraiser hosted by Hugh Jackman and wife Deborra-Lee Furness at Sydney's Roslyn Packer Theatre.   

Jodhi, who recently very publicly ended her engagement with former Noiseworks rocker Jon Stevens following an alleged domestic dispute, was looking better than ever on the occasion in a form-fitting blue frock.
