She's seven months pregnant and Elisabetta Canalis is dressing for comfort as she awaits the arrival of her first baby. 

The Italian-born actress and model was seen wearing a loose fitting maxi dress with a pair of studded sliders, carrying a leather black bag as she walked her dog in Beverly Hills on Saturday. 

Glowing 36-year-old Elisabetta put her natural beauty on display, wearing minimal makeup and her mid-length tresses in a relaxed style for the outing.

The brunette beauty – who famously dated George Clooney – took her well behaved pooch for a walk on the sunny day, flashing only a hint of her growing baby bump in her floaty summer dress. 

Showing off her many tattoos in her simple daytime attire, the mother-to-be pouted her full lips, carrying her large bag in one hand with her phone in the other. 

Her bump may be large, but the model proved she's still paying close attention to small details, stepping out with red painted toe nails for her walk in the city.

Despite being heavily pregnant, Elisabetta has still been working out her body, doing a combination of Pilates, hiking and swimming, in between regular dog walks with her adorable pooch.

'What I like is that Pilates really defines the muscles,' the actress told PEOPLE

'I don’t do pregnancy classes. I take regular advanced classes!'

The former Dancing with the Stars contestant, who married surgeon Brian Perri last year, said she’s motivated to stay active so she can indulge in her pregnancy cravings of carbs and sweet treats.

She revealed: 'I love sugar and I know that if I don’t work out, I can’t eat that.' 

'Bread pudding has become an obsession. Potatoes - any way you can cook them. And carbs! I would love to crave spinach, but it’s not going to happen!'

Wearing a pink crop top and white jogging bottoms, the tanned star posed in the mirror of her bathroom alongside her blonde-haired friend TV presenter Maddalena Corvaglia. 

The two noticeably had a giggle over the size differences of their stomachs, while expectant mum Elisbaetta captured the moment on her camera.
