Mel Greig flaunted some EXTREME cleavage on the red carpet at the Australian Commercial Radio Awards on Saturday night.

The busty 34-year-old DJ certainly seemed confident as she posed for the cameras at the industry night-of-nights in central Melbourne. 

It marks a milestone moment for the former 2DayFM star - who now works in local radio - after she returned to the airwaves in January after a three-year hiatus.

Back in December 2012, Mel was at the centre of the infamous Royal Prank Scandal which was linked to the suicide of British nurse Jacintha Saldanha.

The outspoken media personality took to the red carpet in a plunging black jumpsuit that featured '70s inspired flared legs.

Despite showing off her new slimmed-down figure, as usual all eyes were on Mel's generous display of décolletage.

Meanwhile, she accessorised with an orange clutch and drew attention to her cleavage even further with several gold necklaces.

Mel styled her blonde hair in waves, and kept her make-up glamourous with defined brows, a smoky eye, lashings of mascara and a glossy nude lip.

Mel made headlines in late 2012 when she and former co-host Mike Christian prank called the London hospital where the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton was staying while pregnant with Prince George.

The 2DayFM stars posed as Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles asking about the health of their daughter-in-law.

The nurse who answered the phone - Indian-born Jacintha Saldanha, 46 - fell for the hoax and transferred the call to the nurse looking after Kate.

Several days later, Ms Saldanha - who had previously been treated for depression - took her own life after leaving a note mentioning the prank phone call.

In the fallout of the tragedy, Mel admitted to facing death threats and cyber-bullying and took an extended break from the industry.

But in January she returned to local radio as a breakfast co-host on 96.5 Wave FM in Wollongong, NSW.

She has also taken on the role of sex and dating columnist for Yahoo Be following her split from husband Steven Pollock.

Meanwhile, Mel was joined by other Australian radio stars at the ACRAs - who each made a statement in their own respective outfits.

TV personality Melissa Doyle looked flawless in a halterneck style floor-length frock that drew attention to her significant weight loss.

Also styling her blonde hair sleek and straight, the former Sunrise host finished off her look with a pair of drop earrings.

Rove McManus and Sam Frost also hit the red carpet, with Sam making a statement in a vibrant red lace frock with sheer panelling.

She let her fair locks fall in loose waves over one shoulder and her make-up was as flawlessly applied as usual.
