- She also played with family friends laughing and grinning while her mother was in the saddle
- Mother Zara, 35, was back in the saddle after missing out on Olympic hopes in Rio
Her mother may be a silver medal-winning Olympic equestrian.
But it seems Mia Tindall is indifferent to Zara's sporting endeavours and would either read her iPad or play with family friends when her mum is otherwise engaged.
At one point the young royal was engrossed in the gadget as she watched it from the comfort of her pushchair as Zara, 35, competed at Calmsden Horse Trials in Cirencester, Gloucestershire on Sunday.

Her father Mike was nowhere to be seen but a - very patient - family friend appeared to be on babysitting duty.
Later on, Mia was spotted playing with him as he picked her up and tossed her over his shoulder.

Mike Tindall appeared to have been unable to make the Cirencester event with his wife and daughter
But after a while it all became too much for even a toddler as confident as Mia who retreated the comfort of her pushchair
Zara is the envy of mothers everywhere who can't take their children into work with them as the royal does
Mia proved that few things are more fun than swiping someone's hat off their head and putting on your own
