Kramer, who is currently competing on Dancing With The Stars, has been open about the hurt she felt after realising the NFL star had been unfaithful.

The One Tree Hill star told the magazine of her third husband: 'Mike was the biggest of the betrayals because it was the first time in a relationship where I truly loved the version of me,” she says.

'I didn’t feel I had to prove that I was good enough, I was vulnerable and finally at peace with myself.

The Circles songstress was 19 when she wed 36-year-old Michael Gambino in Las Vegas after only two weeks of dating, and divorced him the following year.

Before her brief marriage to Caussin, Kramer was briefly engaged to Brantley Gilbert following her divorce from second husband, Johnathon Schaech, in 2011.
