And Aaron Paul certainly proved he knows how to tickle costar Michelle Monaghan's funny bone as they hammed it up at PaleyFest in New York on Sunday.

The dynamic duo looked like they were having a whale of a time as they got ready to discuss their show, which follows a family caught up in a bizarre cult.

Mission Impossible III favourite Michelle, 40, showcased her athletic figure in a multipatterned one-shoulder dress, which she coupled with pink stilettos and a yellow designer clutch.

Too add some extra allure to her look, she also wore a pair of impressively large hooped earrings.

Breaking Bad favourite Aaron, 37, meanwhile opted for a more casual look of trenchcoat, pullover, trousers and boots.

The show, which is streamed on the Hulu service, was renewed for a second season back in May, but it's premiere date has yet to be released.

The show tells the story of a man who has a crisis of faith after joining a cult.

Aaron plays Eddie Lane, a follower of Meyerism, a bizarre new age belief system which believes society is on the verge of collapse.

The family drama also features his wife, played by Michelle, and their teenage son Hawk, who is questioning his faith.

While the show has been inevitably compared to Scientology, the show's creator Jessica Goldberg insists it also has elements of Catholicism and other major religions.
