  • Star of space saga joins his sister at work calling the next stop on city train
  • Force Awakens' Finn  introduces himself to passengers on the loudspeaker
  • Hilarious footage posted online shows actor clearly having fun in new role

Amazing footage shows the moment train passengers were treated to a stellar announcement by Star Wars actor John Boyega as he found a new role as conductor.

The international celebrity, who shot to stardom in The Force Awakens, came back down to earth to join his big sister at work on a London train.

This hilarious video shows the star helping out on board, introducing himself to passengers and cheekily telling them they have arrived in 'East Penge' - joking that his uncle can't pronounce the place.

It was quite a change in role for the 24-year-old, who joined the South Eastern Rail staff on board the afternoon train.

His sister, Blessing, works for the service, and her little brother seemed to enjoy playing conductor.

Londoner Boyega even shares a joke at his uncle's expense, saying that he pronounces Penge 'Pen-gey'.

The acclaimed actor, who shot to stardom in playing Finn in the latest installment of George Lucas' space saga, ditched the Stormtrooper uniform to surprise passengers on the South London route.
