Mischievous Mia is back! Zara Tindall's adorable two-year-old runs wild on the sidelines as her mother competes at Calmsden Horse Trials
Mia Tindall, two, managed to pass the time while her mother took part in the eventing competition in Cirencester by watching her iPad and playing around with friends. Wrapped up warm in a padded jacket with a fur-lined hood, woolly tights and sturdy dungarees, the young royal with the big personality had great fun stealing a friend's hat and trying it on. At other points, she watched the horsemanship with interest and also played with a riding crop during the sunny autumn day out.

Arriba! Sunday July 24 marks International Tequila Day and what better way to celebrate Mexico's national symbol than with a pour of Patrón? To mark the festive occasion, Gordon Ramsay's Heddon Street Kitchen has devised a special brunch cocktail. The Patrón Bloody Maria is a take on the quintessential British drink, with the vodka replaced with Patrón Silver. The smooth elixir is then combined with tomato juice, carrot juice and a heady Mexican spice mix that will be sure to jazz up your Sunday. To soak it all up, the brunch menu includes less exotic but equally as delicious treats. On the lighter side diners can opt for museli, fruit or porridge while the Eggs Benedict and English Breakfast will appeal to those with a heartier appetite.

Scandinavian cuisine has an unfortunate reputation for being a compilation of pickled fish and Ikea meatballs. Well prepare to see your flat pack opinion vanish with Texture's all-star Scandi inspired dishes. Chef Aggi Sverrisson combines beautiful ingredients sourced from Iceland to create beautiful food in both appearance and flavour. The restaurant's name lends itself to the surprising yet harmonious pairings on the plate. King crab bites back with a coconut and ginger sidekick that is more than sublime. The ribeye is presented in its very own forest (I kid you not) and delivers both the melt-in-the-mouth consistency that you long for but also an intriguing and highly impressive flavour that exceeds above and beyond the expectation of a Michelin star. I absolutely urge you to book - and you will need to - 7pm on a Tuesday and the restaurant is deservedly full.

When you imagine yourself eating one of the best lobsters of your life it is likely that you see yourself, abroad, perhaps overlooking the sea, am I right? Well, how about around the back of Oxford Street without a waterfront in sight? Dickie Fitz is the capital's answer to Australian cuisine and their menu is set to give even the Aussies a run for their money. I ordered the lobster with wild garlic and chilli with some trepidation. Nothing breaks my heart more than a disappointing lobster which the capital has cruelly subjected me to in the past. However, I can honestly say that their offering tops many of the crustaceans I have eaten in the world, let alone London. Fuss-free, buttery and fresher tasting than many I have enjoyed with an ocean view - seafood lovers the hunt is over. P.S. For those of you not quite ready to part with £34 for a whole lobster I plead you to have the fries with chicken salt. Warning: extra portions may be required.

If your a fan of all things Italian, including good food and beer, then you're in for a slice of luck. Beer brand Moretti is once again hosting a food and drink festival in London - kicking off on July 19 - with free entry for all. Over the course of six days, visitors will have the chance to sample a plethora of snacks, from pizza to pasta to mouth-watering arancini balls. And to wash it all down, the flavours of Birra Moretti will be flowing. For those wanting to fully embrace the Italian experience, two bookable masterclass experiences are on offer: Tuscan Butchery with Forza Win and Pasta Masterclass with CinCin. Buon appetito!
The Moretti Gran Tour is taking place at London's Brick Lane Yard at the Old Truman Brewery from July 19 to July 24. The event is open from 11am to 10.30pm. For more information, or to book a place on a Tuscan Butchery or Pasta Making Masterclass experience, please visit the website.

Next door to, in my opinion, some of the best Italian available in the capital there would have to be something significantly special at The Ninth on Charlotte Street to tempt me away from my usual haunts. London based chef Jun Tanaka offers a mash up of French and Mediterranean cuisine- which I admit at first, I was a little flummoxed by. However, a great thing happened as I was handed the menu - I didn't know what to order. It wasn't that the menu was overcrowded but rather everything was causing me salivate. After much dithering I settled for rabbit confit lasagne which cannot be faulted, followed by roast quail, perfect in size and taste. The waiters will suggest that these are sharing dishes, which I have to say I struggled with (halving a roast quail is not the most elegant dinner etiquette). I would recommend choosing your own main which is all the better to enjoy the spoil-you-rotten food. My favourite Italian may have to step up its game.

Innovative sushi isn't always easy to find in London and if you're bored of a bog standard California roll, head to Murakami in Covent Garden, which has just had a re-launch. The setting is pared back but feels luxe enough for date night or dinner with clients and the service is second-to-none. As for the food, expect mouthwatering sushi rolls with a difference. We loved the Aburi Sushi (flame seared) and Oshi sushi (flame seared pressed); they were super fresh and light but exploded with flavour. The Rib Eye with shiitake and yuzu sweet soya sauce literally melts in the mouth and the puddings are delicious; be sure to sample to mochi.
Thrill seeking diners head to the Sky Garden's Fenchurch restaurant offering spectacular views and spectacular nosh to match. No compensating required at either end, enjoy breath-taking landscapes over the capital with a dinner with as much to offer as the building that hosts it. The Rabbit bolognaise tastes like the fabulous comfort food you have been yearning for - on steroids, while Dover sole has the fine-tuned flavours that are becoming increasingly difficult to find in the city's seafood. Absolutely finish with the cheese - the in house expert will blow your 'I'll just have the brie' attitude out of the water. Be prepared to do some serious waddling - thank heavens there's a lift

Multi-award winning snack makers, PROPERCORN, have joined forces with culinary architects, Bompas & Parr, to bring their pursuit of flavour perfection to life, revealing the pop behind their packs. Journeying through the spice shelves, bitters and sweets of the flavour library, all who enter will experience the crescendo of the anechoic popping room, before tumbling their precious popcorn in the kitchen. Each person will sniff, spray and sprinkle their way to their own signature seasoning, before it is pinned to the wall of pop. This flavour experience from the masters of maize, continues in the popcorn museum, housing some of the oldest grains on the planet and concludes with a perfectly shaken popcorn cocktail at the colour bar. The Institute of Flavour pops up on 17th June, open to the public for 2 days. To get hold of tickets or create a flavour visit: www.instituteofflavour.com
Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll know that The Nice Guy in Los Angeles is THE place to see and be seen. The latest offering from the h.wood Group is the city's answer to London's Chiltern Firehouse and with Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and the Kardashians gracing the haunt night after night, it's easy to see why. But it's not just the plush Mafia-inspired decor, relaxed vibe and celebrity clientele that draws in the crowds, the food is something to write home about, too. The kitchen serves up good, hearty LA grub; think succulent burgers, juicy meatballs, the tastiest truffle fries and sweet apple crumble, which Gigi Hadid loves so much they named it after her. The delicious food is washed down by creative cocktails and the finest whiskies and the waiters really know their stuff. If you want to dine at LA's trendiest eatery, get on the waiting list ASAP and then be sure to get a snap in the in-house photobooth to prove you were there.
The Savoy's riverside restaurant Kaspar's appoints new executive chef Holger Jackish. 'Worst. Perfume. Name. Ever': Sign pointing shoppers to an escalator sparks hilarity on Twitter after it's mistaken for a bizarre fragrance ad
Some of the most lavish fashion houses spend thousands of pounds perfecting a perfume campaign that will entice shoppers. But one photo proved that all it takes is a little unfortunate wording to spark derision and mockery at a fragrance - and lead to a social media frenzy. An eagle-eyed shopper snapped a photo of a sign at Westfield shopping centre bearing the helpful instructions 'Please use the escalator by Prada' - and captioned it: 'Worst. Perfume. Name. Ever'. London-based Joe Harland's wry words suggested that luxury Italian fashion house Prada has released a new scent titled: 'Please use the escalator.'

Talk about a bad hair day! Sassy four-year-old screams in fury and throws a ridiculous temper tantrum because her mom refuses to 'fix' her hairstyle
Marianne Duke, 35, from Layton, Utah, posted two videos of her daughter Erika throwing a fit over her hair on YouTube. The first clip sees the four-year-old girl standing in front of a bathroom mirror yelling and crying and her mother, demanding that she 'fix my hair'. In the second video, Erika is lying on the floor of another room, banging her hands on the ground and crying because her hair still isn't done.
Size 34 'food addict' who lost 280lbs through diet and exercise is now asking strangers to help pay for surgery to remove 14lbs of excess skin
After years of emotional eating, Candice Williams, 31, a customer service worker from North Carolina, was a size 34 (UK 38) - so big she couldn't squeeze behind school desks, into plane seats or onto theme park rides, left. When she became so heavy that her weight didn't register on bathroom scales, she vowed to change. Since then, she has lost 280lbs (20 stone), right, through healthy eating and exercise alone - but has been left with a huge apron of excess flesh, inset. 'If I do a headstand, my entire body droops and sags,' said Candice.
