Arsene Wenger has been handed a double fillip with the pending return of Bacary Sagna and the news he is to avoid an FA misconduct charge.

France full back Sagna, missing since early October after breaking his ankle, is close to a return to full training and hopes to be back to face Manchester United at home on January 22.
