Miles plays boxer Vinny Pazienza in the true life tale directed by Ben Younger.

Known as the Pazmanian Devil - Vinny had just won the junior middleweight world title when he broke his neck in a car accident and told he might never walk again and would never fight again.

The boxer had to wear a medical device called a Halo, a circular metal brace screwed into the skull in four spots and propped up with four metal rods.
