Can you believe it! Milla Jovovich gets very excited over a new Resident Evil: The Final Chapter trailer as she promotes the film with Ali Larter

It's been almost 15 years since she first starred as Alice but it does not look like this actress is still just as excited about the franchise.

A very animated Milla Jonovich joined co-star Ali Larter to talk all things Resident Evil on Friday.

The two actresses along with director Paul W.S. Anderson and co-stars Eoin Macken and William Levy hosted a panel to discuss the latest sci-fi installment at New York Comic-Con.

And Milla seemed very excited to be at Madison Square Garden to talk about the film series she has starred in since 2002.

The 2017 release of The Final Chapter will mark the end of six-movie run of Resident Evil.

As the final film has been a long time coming, the 40-year-old was very happy to be able to talk about it as an upcoming release rather than just something in the works.

For the panel, the happy star wore a pair of black jeans with a sheer silver shirt which revealed her black bra.

Flash back to the 80s with a metallic pussy bow blouse like Milla

Whether it's the minimalist 90s or the glam rock of the 80s or the disco chic of the 70s, retro style has been a big trend for this fall. Maybe it's a nostalgic harking for the past or maybe we're just run out of new ways to wear things. Either way, we're still in love with the silvery shine of the 80s.

Check out Mila Jovovich in her Saint Laurent pussy bow blouse. It's modernized with a metallic sheen, a huge 2016 trend. It was the theme of the Met Gala after all. Furthermore it's sheer, another huge trend of 2016.

Sadly this on trend yet retro blouse is now sold out. Check out more from the edgy French brand at MyTheresa with a click to the right.

If you're lusting after Milla's liquid luxe look, check out our edit below. The one from Alice + Olivia is spot on but the Missguided one is just a steal at under $40.

The new trailer makes it clear that Alice is going back to where it all began - to the Hive in Raccoon City.

While it is now being released by a new studio and the whole going back to beginning storyline suggests this film may not be as final as the name says it is, the director - who is also Milla's husband - insisted that this is the end.

Paul told the panel: 'It's a return to the very beginning of the franchise, Raccoon City, or what's left of it after we dropped a bomb on it in the second film. It's a return to The Hive for Alice, where it all started, and this is where we find out the truth about [her life prior to her memory being wiped].'

And answering all the questions will be an emotional journey, he said: 'This movie will have a level of emotional engagement that will be surprising for a Resident Evil movie.'

However, Milla may not be as ready to say goodbye to Alice as after her husband wrapped up she joked, 'The Final Chapter… Part 2'.
