'I just want my mom back home': Daughter makes desperate plea for missing mom's return

An anguished California family is pleading for help to find a missing mother who has been missing for two days.

Cindy Sambueso, 50, went missing on Tuesday after going to Starbucks with her daughter to celebrate the 15-year-old getting her driver's permit.

The Fresno mom then went to her massage therapy office for a noon appointment, but by the time her 3:30 appointment arrived, she was gone.

The lost appointment book is especially frustrating to her family, as it would say who she was with at the time she disappeared.

Before she disappeared, Mrs Sambueso sent two text messages - the first was to her ex-husband confirming a celebration dinner for their daughter.

But Kat Sambueso told KMPH News that she’s suspicious about the text message she got from her mother.

'She was just talking about how she loves me so much, how everything was so great. I was the best daughter she ever had.'

'All this kind of stuff and usually that's not normal.'She then tried to call her, but her mother didn’t answer her cell phone.

Her ex-husband, who lives in the home with the mother and daughter, appealed to anyone who may have abducted her to take her home.

Robert Sambueso said: 'If money or material things are important, those things can be replaced. But please bring back our wife and mother.'
