The red carpet was typically heaving with glamour from every walk of the showbiz world.  And Myleene Klass was determined to put herself at the forefront of the chic arrivals as she dazzled in a plunging silver gown with a risque thigh-split while arriving at the Attitude Awards in London on Monday night.  The 38-year-old former pop star opted for a self-designed metallic gown which featured a deeply plunging neckline alongside a sexy thigh slash as she joined the likes of David Furnish, Katie Piper and Fearne Cotton.
