Now keeping their curves in check, newly single Danielle Armstrong and Kate Wright are living by the motto 'summer bodies are made in winter' as they attempted silent zumba in the park on Monday.

TOWIE babe Danielle put on a busty display while out in the open, flaunting her surgically enhanced assets in a form-fitting black gym vest in the midst of October while filming for the new series.

Flaunting her hourglass figure, the 28-year-old teamed her eye-popping exhibition with a simple hoodie and capri length gym leggings that hugged her pert posterior to perfection as crew member adjusted her microphone for filming.

The reality star - who split with boyfriend James Locke in August - flashed her toned calves as she placed her headphones over her neatly blow dried blonde tresses while sporting a glam beauty look with a smokey brown eye.

Standing alongside her pal, Kate paraded her shapely pins in a pair full-length leggings which she teamed with a black jumper as she posed for the camera.

Highlighting her tiny waist, the 25-year-old worked a sleeveless belted vest that exhibited her endless curves.

Leaving her blonde locks loose, fitness fan Kate put a slight curl into her tresses as she covered her facial features with aviator inspired reflective shades.

The friends couldn't contain their laughter during their workout as they attempted to copy their zumba instructor in the park. 

Danielle's workout appearance comes after she recently opened up about being targeted by vile trolls online about her weight.  

The boutique owner experienced the dark side of fame in a cyber attack that left her so distraught she was unable to leave her hotel room.

Speaking about the incident to MailOnline, the star explained that she was feeling insecure about filming TOWIE in Mallorca as she felt 'huge' standing alongside co-star Megan McKenna, and was devastated when similar comments were made. 

'I could see I was bigger than [Megan]' she said, adding: '[Trolls] were saying what my insecurities were but ten times worse. People saying I "looked like a bloke", would "kill themselves if they had my thighs"... 

'I remember sitting in my room and I broke down crying. I couldn't come out of my room.'

Speaking about her then-boyfriend James Lock, she revealed: 'As a bloke he didn't get it. He was like "Dan they're waiting for you"

'I knew Ferne McCann, Jess Wright and Vicky Pattison would know what I'd be thinking - that's why you need good mates that are in the industry - because no one else understands.

'James at the time just didn't understand - he constantly would say he didn't like skinny girls, he liked thighs and a bum.'

But despite her former beau's kind words, she admitted they had no effect on her well-being as she reasoned: 'It doesn't matter how many times your boyfriend says you look good, its your insecurities.'

Meanwhile, Kate - who split from boyfriend Dan Edgar earlier this year - recently spilled the beans about her diet and exercise secrets in a chat with MailOnline, confessing that she works hard to stay in shape.

She admitted: 'I don't really diet, I just try and eat healthy... but I love eating bad as well!'

'I try and eat healthy five days of the week so that if I want a takeaway at the weekend I can have one.'

Detailing her intense fitness regime, the star said: 'I do train seven days a week and I have a personal trainer for four of those, so I train really hard too.'

The blonde beauty, who joined the cast of TOWIE in October 2015, is often seen embarking on vigorous workout sessions in the park with Essex gal pals Lydia Bright and Courtney Green.

Kate emphasised that her workouts are never a chore, adding: 'I love going to the gym. If I get up in the morning and go to the gym it just sets my day off straight.

'I can think straight, and it releases endorphins so I just feel so much better once I've been.'
