Her former flame Cara Delevingne split up with her girlfriend St.Vincent last month. 

And she may have been on Michelle Rodriguez's mind as the actress was seen heavily preoccupied on her phone while out in Los Angeles on Friday. 

The 38-year-old attempted to go incognito with her hoodie and shades as she kept her fingers busy texting away.

The Texas native completed the look with matching white ensembles including a logo clad top and skinny jeans. 

She opted for a splash of colour with neon pink trainers as she strolled forth while her brunette locks caught the wind from under her hood.

Sporting just a tiny slick of makeup, the Fast and Furious star looked pensive as she maneuvered her way through the sunny streets.

Her ex-girlfriend Cara's newly single status may be on her mind after the pair dated for several months back in 2014. 

Yet Michelle was surprisingly welcoming at news of Cara's new romance with musician St.Vincent the following year.

When told about the new couple by E! News, she gushed: 'Oh that's so sexy, you go girl! Work it out, I think that's hot.'

Michelle came out as bisexual in 2013 and explained how important she thinks it is for people to feel free to be open about their orientation in such a judgmental society.

'I think everybody should be open about everything in their lives, but at the end of the day the world isn't that black and white' 

Needless to say, things didn't work out between Cara and St. Vincent, with The Sun reporting the couple have gone their separate ways after the pressures of their long-distance relationship became 'too much'.

A source told the title: 'Cara and Annie still care about each other, but pressures of the long-distance romance just became too much.

The report comes just days after Cara was seen partying up a storm at the Burning Man festival held in Nevada's Black Rock Desert. 

There she shared a snap of herself locking lips with a shaven-headed woman, which certainly raised eyebrows.

And according to the newspaper, Cara has been trying to 'distract' herself by partying.  

Previously, in the September issue of Vogue, she said of St. Vincent: 'Before, I didn't know what love was - real love. I didn't understand the depth of it. I always used to think it was you against the world.

'Now I know the meaning of life is love. Whether that's for yourself or for the world or your partner.'
