When you think of J'Aton Couture, intricate fairytale gowns and red carpet glamour are what spring to mind.

What you don't usually associate with the Melbourne-based couture label is activewear.

However, you might do soon.

J'Aton Couture has teamed up with the TV presenter, Rebecca Judd, and her husband, Chris Judd's, elite-performance label, JAGGAD, to launch a capsule collection of activewear.

The label described it as 'sweat couture' when it broke the news on Instagram last week.

The line of clothing, named #JATONXJAGGAD, contains nine pieces, and it includes leggings, shorts and tank tops for a fraction of J'Aton's usual prices.

It is the brand's first foray into the burgeoning sports clothing market, but fans of J'Aton's signature colours and features will be pleased to hear that the line will incorporate much of J'Aton's attention to detail.

It plans to work to a khaki green and rose gold colour palette, while also including on-trend activewear features, such as mesh detailing.

For those keen to invest in #JATONXJAGGAD, it will be available to shop at both JAGGAD stores and online from November 10.

And while the label are keeping their cards close to their chest and are yet to release any photos from the upcoming collection, according to the creators Anthony Pittorino and Jacob Luppino, it will be inspired by the J'Aton catwalk presented at VAMFF in March.

It will also feature elements of long-standing client and friend, Rebecca Judd's, signature sporty chic aesthetic.

The collection is being billed as a way for J'Aton fans to shop the label without the hefty price tag.
