The 41-year-old British-born starlet will return to Sydney next week to film her part in the live shows, bringing her husband and daughters with her.

Her role will mark a return to The X Factor Australia and this time she will be hand-picking a team of wildcards, made from contestants the other judges have rejected.

Of her counterparts - Guy Sebastian, Adam Lambert and Iggy Azalea - Mel B has been left most impressed by the female rapper.

'I’ve watched a few of the episodes and Iggy is very articulate and she knows what she likes and what she doesn't like,' she told the publication.

'I like a woman like that. I love female company anyway, I love a woman who knows her own mind,' she added, having yet to meet Iggy in the flesh.
