Daring Amy Adams risks wardrobe malfunction as she goes braless in risqué slashed gown at Arrival BFI premiere in London

She seldom puts a sartorial foot wrong.

And Amy Adams yet again pulled her sensational style out of the bag as she opted for Grecian glamour while joining co-star Jeremy Renner at the London premiere of Arrival at the British Film Festival on Monday night.

The 42-year-old Drop Dead Gorgeous star not only wowed in the style stakes but also turned heads due to her option to shun a bra for the evening - giving a flash of her perky cleavage while narrowly avoiding a wardrobe malfunction.

Cheeky! Amy Adams yet again pulled her sensational style out of the bag as she opted for Grecian glamour while joining co-star Jeremy Renner at the London premiere of Arrival at the British Film Festival on Monday night

Amy, who plays Dr. Louise Banks in the science fiction movie, was a vision in her white gown which boasted a toga-style top and a gaping front.

The elaborate Bardot neckline was complicated when paired with a scarf detail across the neck - all of which drew attention to the perilously plunging front.

While her cleavage was undoubtedly the turning point of the outfit, the billowing gown also nipped in at her tiny waist, honed no doubt through hours in the gym.

Ensuring the dress screamed red carpet glamour, the skirt was laden with layers which blew in the October breeze descending on the capital.

Her trademark flame red tresses were styled into stunning old school Hollywood waves which cascaded over one shoulder while falling from a dramatic side parting.

The delicate earrings she sported were the perfect accompaniment to the look as she complemented her hair with dainty ruby jewels.

Featuring as one of eight stars to grace the covers of the 2016 Women In Hollywood issues, in an accompanying interview she said: 'I wasn't working, and I wasn't happy. I kept trying different acting techniques, like, I'd try to act like the actresses who were getting hired.

'I thought maybe then I'd get a job. I spent the majority of my twenties trying to figure out who I was and where I fit in, not just in Hollywood, but also in the world.

'It took me a long time to sort of find my own voice.'
