Kym kept warm in the Autumn weather by layering a stylish leather jacket on top of her simple look, while adding a youthful vibe by pairing all-white platformed sneakers.

The former Hear'Say singer scraped back her long chestnut tresses into a stylish up-do, as she completed her look with oversized geek chic glasses.

The stunning star toted her belongings in a black and silver chain bag which she carried in the crook of her arm.

The actress, who has grown-up children Emily and David Cunliffe from a previous relationship and daughter Polly with her ex husband actor Jamie Lomas, revealed her kids are her 'best friends' - crediting their 'fantastic relationship' for their close bond.

The twice-married soap star rekindled her relationship with personal trainer Matt Baker, 24, at the end of last summer after their brief two-month fling in 2014.

Speaking of her relationship with the fitness expert this summer, she told OK! Magazine: 'I feel happier than ever really. Matt and I are coming up to our one-year anniversary and the time’s flown by.

It was previously reported that the TV star was planning on taking the next step in her relationship with her beau - with marriage already being discussed.

The couple's plans to cement their relationship comes as they are said to be 'really happy' with the way their relationship has developed since they confirmed they were back together in September.

Speaking to The Sun a source close to the couple said: 'Kym and Matt are really happy together, and she has confided in pals that they are talking about getting married soon.'
