The stylish Queen looked as chic as ever in a fitted black dress with a pink Peter Pan collar. The petite royal highlighted her trim frame with the addition of a chunky belt around her waist.
She toted a boxy black handbag and wore a pair of silver earrings.
Her dapper husband looked cool in a suit and was sporting his signature grey-tinged beard for the occasion.
The duo sat down for discussions with acting Foreign Minister, Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo, as they discussed the institute's activities.
The Cervantes Institute is a Spanish Government Language and Cultural Centre, which aims to promote Spanish language teaching. It also helps promote cultural knowledge and learning.
