Lauren Pope has revealed she's dating a 'normal guy' as she's determined to find the right man before she even thinks about starting a family.

The 34-year-old blonde beauty, who quit TOWIE last year to focus on business ventures, said she felt no rush to 'pop one out with some random loser'.

Speaking about her new man, she told MailOnline: 'It's in the early stages at the moment - he's a nice, normal guy and it's really nice that he's not famous.

'He messaged me on Instagram and we've been on four or five dates so far'.

Lauren, who previously dated ladies' man Lewis Bloor, then joked: 'It's great that he's unknown because if he cheats on me the whole world won't know about it.'

Talking about how some of her former co-stars such as Maria Fowler and Kirk Norcross now have children, she joked: 'Most of my friendship groups aren't at that stage which is nice because I'd be depressed otherwise'.

'I'm very happy to wait for the right man rather than pop one out with some random loser. I'm very independent and I think some people in general tend to settle too easily.

'It's hard to find the right man - there are a lot of a**holes out there,' she concluded honestly.

Lauren also lifted the lid on her 'troll hell' as she revealed that one man has been posting photos of her house and her parents' house regularly on Twitter for almost a year.

She said: 'It's scary and I'm concerned for my family but I'm lucky that we all live in quite a close area. I don't feel like I'm going to get murdered at any minute but it is concerning.'

Lauren said she has told the police about the issue but tries not to let it affect her.

The star has been kept busy with her Hair Rehab London business and performing DJ sets around the country.

She's already performed at student unions since returning from Ibiza last week, where she celebrated her birthday in her second trip of the summer.

The beauty said that she was delighted to be able to showcase her stunning figure on her second trip, after she worked hard in the gym following her first trip where she wasn't entirely happy with her physique.

She said: 'When I went out to Ibiza at the start of the summer I didn't look my best. I was partying a lot and when you're drinking you're then hungover and the next day you eat more.

'I used unflattering pictures of myself from then to motivate myself to keep in shape and I went hardcore.

'I now do four to five sessions in the gym and sometimes even six. I mix it up between weights and cardio.'

Talking about the return of TOWIE, which hit screens this week with series 19, she said: 'I miss the fun bits but I don't miss the anxiety and the stress on the show - the horrible side. It's such a bubble.

'I'm in touch with one or two but I've forgotten that some of them exist.'

On the production of the show, she said: 'You can be yourself but they choose the bits which they want to show. There was one scene we did where we were laughing at something but when they'd put the show together they made it seem that we were laughing at something mean and I was like "I didn't do that" - it was so frustrating.'
