Paul Davis answers whether Tottenham are in the process of taking over from Arsenal as north London's leading team for an extended period, as well as who, on current form, are top dogs and who will finish higher in the Premiership?

I don't think you can say that. It's getting closer and Spurs are doing well, but for me, Arsenal are still a fair bit ahead, especially with the new stadium coming up.

It's shifting towards Spurs at the moment but never underestimate Arsenal when they are up against it, because that's when they produce their best.

Martin Jol has done a great job by bringing players in and gelling them well. I think Arsenal will come back strong, they always do. Arsenal are still the best team in north London, that's for sure.

I can't understand anybody doubting Arsene Wenger, it's ridiculous. But that's the way this business is, you lose one or two games and everybody shouts 'crisis'.

Who, on current form, are top dogs? And who will finish higher in the Premiership?

Gunners to finish above Spurs.
