Jerry Springer invited Donald Trump and Mike Pence onto his show 'to talk things out' after the presidential nominee revealed they 'haven't spoken' during the debate.
The daytime TV host, who is best known for mediating fistfights and showdowns on 'The Jerry Springer Show', offered his services to the running mates on Sunday.
He slammed Trump in a series of tweets during the fiery 90-minute debate and said the Republican belonged on his show, rather than the White House.
And after sensing frosty relations between the presidential hopeful and his VP candidate, Springer invited Pence to join in.
'While I may not be able to moderate a debate, sounds like Mike Pence and Donald Trump might need to come on my show to talk things out,' Springer tweeted.
The Democrat added: 'Lots of people ask where I get the guests for my show. The answer is Trump Tower.'
His tweets may have been a reaction to the moment when Trump said he 'disagreed' with Pence regarding Syria and the country's president Bashar al-Assad.
During the debate, moderator Martha Raddatz mentioned that Pence has previously said the US should be willing to use military force against the Assad regime.

'He and I haven't spoken and I disagree. Right now, Syria is fighting ISIS,' Trump responded.
On Saturday, the Indiana Governor also refused to defend Trump over his crude sexual remarks which were captured on a hot mic in 2005.
'As a husband and father, I was offended by the words and actions described by Donald Trump in the 11-year-old video released yesterday (Friday),' Pence said.
'I do not condone his remarks and cannot defend them. I am grateful that he has expressed remorse and apologized to the American people.'

Jerry also tweeted: 'Tonight Trump said if he's elected, he plans to jail Hillary. I never thought I'd see that in an American election'
Springer also responded to his scandal, tweeting: 'Understand calls for Trump to step down... but where was their outrage when he berated folks for their religion, race, & ethnicity?'
He added: 'While Hillary is talking, cleaning up Trump's misinformation, he's seen doing chair pushups in the background. Who coached that?

Springer also pinned a tweet dating back to September which said: 'Hillary Clinton belongs in the White House. Donald Trump belongs on my show.'
Despite the tension, Pence congratulated Trump on a 'big win' just moments after the second presidential debate ended.

Pence tweeted his congratulations to Trump almost immediately after the debate ended
Pence heaped praise on his running mate minutes after Trump and Clinton shook hands to end the vicious town hall event, saying it was a clear win for the Republican.
The vice presidential candidate also appeared to quash rumors he was considering abandoning the Trump ticket and making a run for the top spot after a controversial weekend.
'Congrats to my running mate @realDonaldTrump on a big debate win! Proud to stand with you as we #MAGA,' Pence tweeted.
The endorsement of Trump's performance came after it had been reported he was waiting to see how the debate turned out before deciding whether he would stand by his nominee.
