A real guardian: Chris Pratt proved he's a hero in real-life as he visited Seattle Children's Hospital on Monday
Pratt, whose four-year-old boy was born nine weeks early in 2012, shared a snap of prematurely born twins Coen and Zion inside the Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit.
He wrote alongside the image: 'Ever since Jack's premature birth, we have a special affinity for the NICU (neo-natal intensive care unit)'.
'Today I spent a little time with Coen and Zion, twins who were born too early only a pound and a half each,' he continued. 'Thank you to the doctors and nurses at @seattlechildrens The boys are doing fine. Although they're both missing their big sis.'

His little man! Pratt seen here with his son this summer; Jack was born nine weeks early in 2012
Pratt wrote of the meeting: 'Rowan was Groot for Halloween and his brother was Rocket. What an awesome kid. Great parents and from a great family. You're in my prayers tonight little man. Stay #strong @seattlechildrens'.
In 2014 Pratt said during a March of Dimes event that his boy came 'just about nine weeks early.'
'He was three pounds, 12 ounces,' he explained at the time. 'Anna got to hold him for a moment and then it was off to the NICU — the neonatal intensive care unit. Three pounds, 12 ounces. That's a decent size bass.
Growing fast: Pratt posted a snap of his boy Jack with Anna Faris earlier this year
'Very small for a human. He would need a lot. He had jaundice, so they put a blindfold on him and he slept beneath [a] creepy light and he had a PICC line, which is an IV that runs up his arm into his heart. He had a feeding tube and just wires in and out, and he lived in that incubator. That was his first crib.'
He concluded his speech saying: 'I've done all kinds of cool stuff as an actor. I've gotten to jump out of helicopters and do daring stunts and play baseball in a professional stadium, but none of them mean anything compared to being somebody's daddy.'
