Cate Blanchett looked laid back in a pair of pink rimmed sunglasses as she arrived at JFK Airport, New York City, on Monday.

The talented actress wore a maxi skirt, a white blouse and a tweed jacket as she carried her toddler daughter Edith, who was dressed in a pretty pink coat.

Cate let her short blonde locks fall naturally around her face and opted for a fresh faced look.

Her 12-year-old son Roman walked alongside her in a cozy jumper and a pair of Ugg boots.

The Academy Award winning Australian movie star and mother-of-four looked unconventionally cool in her attire before jumping into a waiting car.

Next year in November 2017 she will also star in the Marvel film Thor: Ragnarok alongside Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba and Tom Hiddleston.
