'I trust him': Luann de Lesseps stands by her fiancé amid withering attack by Bethenny Frankel on RHONY reunion

Luann de Lesseps found her relationship with fiancé Thomas D'Agostino Jr under attack on Wednesday during the second part of the RHONY reunion special.

The Countess, 51, stood by her man who had dated two other stars of The Real Housewives Of New York City before their engagement. 

The other housewives angrily attacked her fiancé for lying about how many times he dated Ramona Singer and for claiming he only had a one-night stand with Sonja Morgan.

Luann repeatedly called the other women's claims 'delusional,' insisting his past dating life was 'inconsequential' to her and insisting: 'I trust him and I believe him.'

Repeating once more that they are 'soul mates,' she pointed out: 'I have a past - I'm no saint, as you girls know, and Tom has been a playboy, and he's never been married before.'

But the other women - and even host Andy Cohen - would not let it drop that Tom recently said in an interview that he only dated Ramona once, and with a group of other people there, even though she insisted it was four or five intimate dates.

They also went on the attack again when Luann dismissed Sonja's claims that she had been 'lovers' with Tom, snapping: 'No you weren't. There was no arrangement. He only slept with Sonja one time, I know that.'

Sonja, 52, then went into detail, insisting they had sex on multiple occasions 'enough that I've been to his house, he's been to my bed, I've been to his bed.'

When she finally settled on it being five times, Luann snapped of her friend who has previously been teased over her heavy drinking: 'She can't even remember how she gets home… that's true.'

Despite no personal involvement in the scandal, Bethenny Frankel seemed the most angry about it, calling Tom a 'player' and repeatedly demanding Luann admit her man was lying - and finally calling her: 'Lie-ann.'

But she also caused the biggest laugh from Andy when Ramona accused Tom of planting a story about them dating in the press, with Bethenny quipping: 'You don't go out with three housewives and not like the limelight.'

Luckily, Luann did not appear to hear the most cutting comment, when Jules Wainstein whispered to one of the other women: 'I'm single now, maybe I'm going to get to date Tom.'

Ramona - who even pulled out her phone to show a photo of a love heart she says Tom drew on her hand on one date, with their initials - insisted she was driven by genuine concern.

'I see a lot of red flags and I'm scared for you,' she insisted. 'That's all I'm gonna say.'

'Well I'm a big girl,' Luann replied bluntly.

She also insisted that she has no problem losing her Countess title when she weds.

'I will always somewhere be the Countess, it was part of my life,' she insisted.

'Tom said, ''You're going to lose your title and marry a commoner,'' and I said, ''There's nothing common about you.''

Bethenny also stuck by her attacks on Jules, insisting that she heard she only joined the show to publicly divorce husband Michael.

'Rumors are rumors, she's saying what she heard and that's fine,' Jules insisted, with Dorinda Medley telling Bethenny to 'stay out of it' and 'leave the girl alone.'

'But I'm saying that it's not true. It's not a big deal,' Jules insisted.

She also got emotional talking about her eating disorder, saying: 'Recovery is not linear. But I am doing better than ever and I'm going to keep on doing better.'

'Someone in denial wouldn't have the balls to do that. Secrets keep you sick. I work on it every single day.

'Unless you see the low, deep depths of where I was to how far I've come, you will never appreciate where am right now. And it's really f***ing amazing,' Jules said.

As Bethenny and Carole both defended teasing her about her eating during the season - getting dubbed Mean Girls because of it - Jules angrily told them: 'I was going to die, OK. OK?'

Bethenny also spoke of her own recovery from recent health issues, insisting: 'I'm well - I recovered really quickly. I had the surgery, it went really well and I'm feeling good.'

She got emotional talking about how she reached out to her mom for the first time in at least 15 years, saying it was because her daughter, Bryn, wanted to meet her.

'I phoned her and she picked up and I just went into it. It was a very brief conversation,' she said.

With tears flowing, she added: 'I don't know how it made me feel, so many things have happened recently.'

But she said they will all meet because she 'owes it' to Bryn.

'So I'll go down to Florida and we'll sit down,' she said.

She got equally emotional talking about scenes of her breaking down when she went back for the first time to the apartment she had shared with ex-husband Jason Hoppy.

'We walked in the door and it was just barren and it all washed over me,' she recalled through tears.

'I felt like throwing up - it just felt like a disgusting memory.

'It was the first thing I've ever purchased in my life, and then the memories there - and then the disintegration of this marriage, and then how disgusting this divorce was. It was disgusting - brutal,' she said fighting back tears.

She also discussed how life with new man Dennis Shields had made her reconsider her vow to never remarry.

'I don't see the need for paperwork and contracts to be in an emotional relationship because I've had the worst experience of that,' she said.

'But when you're dealing with other people, other people have their choices and their values and what's important to them.

'What's important to the other person has to be important to you,' she added.

Dorinda was teased for pot-stirring - with Andy calling her 'Dorinda Medler' - but insisted she had 'good intentions' and was just trying to be a peacemaker.

Dorinda admitted watching the season had taught her a lesson, vowing: 'In the future I'm not going to - I'm going to stay out of it and not problem-solve.'

The Real Housewives Of New York City will air the final and third part of the reunion special next week on Bravo.
