Stumping while bumping! Natalie Portman shows off pregnant belly in pink dress as she makes appearance at Hillary Clinton campaign offices

Natalie Portman may be promoting her new film Planetarium while heavily pregnant with her second child, but she's still found time for politics.

The 35-year-old spent her Columbus Day plugging Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton at voter registration events in Pennsylvania.

The actress smiled broadly and clasped her hands together beneath her baby bump as she posed for photos at a Clinton campaign office in Philadelphia on Monday.

The Academy Award winner let her hair fall free over a long-sleeved pale pink dress that featured a frilled section at its hem. Black pantyhose and stilettos clashed elegantly with the rest of the ensemble.

After her first stopover, the Jerusalem native swung by another Clinton campaign office roughly six miles away in Elkins Park, where she seemed in excellent spirits as she gave a speech.

Philadelphia Magazine have cited a Clinton campaign press release saying Portman's goal is to 'urge Pennsylvanian women to register to vote, to get their friends and family to register, and to check their registration status.'

Try a dainty lace pump from Dior like Natalie

She's been the ultimate spokeswoman for Dior, looking stunning in everything from Dior sunglasses to haute couture around the world, and many are banking on her charisma to go far as a campaign speaker for Hillary.

Natalie was flawless as usual in her go-to label Dior. Although pregnant, she still managed to wow in lace stiletto pumps from the brand. They are only available for purchase in stores, but we've found some classic feminine lace pumps from our favorite online retailers including Macy's, Lord & Taylor, and Neiman Marcus Last Call. Our favorite is the Brye pump with ankle lace detail that's on sale now for $69.30

After the Elkins Park event, her action-packed day flung her about a mile away to a café called Curds 'n' Whey in Jenkintown. She then traveled approximately 14 miles from there to another campaign office in Ardmore.

Portman's long been a fan of the 68-year-old, having supported her during her unsuccessful 2008 primary run against then-Senator Barack Obama.

This December, she'll appear as Jacqueline Kennedy, Clinton's fellow onetime First Lady, in a drama film called Jackie about the aftermath of John F Kennedy's assassination.

On the personal end, her current pregnancy, which she announced last month, is her second by her husband Benjamin Millepied.

She gave birth to their son Aleph in 2011 and married the Bordeaux-born choreographer in 2012.

After a couple of years living in Paris - Portman having told Madame Figaro she'd be 'very happy to acquire' French nationality - the family relocated to Los Angeles this year. She told Jimmy Kimmel Live! she was relieved to be in LA, saying: 'Everyone smiles a lot here,' and adding: 'It's so nice!'
