Talking to Piers Morgan and Susannah Reid in honour of World Mental Health Day, he said: 'I went to a school doctor to talk about it but after I was diagnosed, it was like 'Be on your way',' he said. 'There wasn't any support.'
He then added: 'I remember looking at a piece of paper the doctor gave me and I ticked every symptom off it was that bad. But it was refreshing to see that list and know I was actually suffering with something.
