Jonathan fixed his usual brooding stare in place for his turn on the red carpet as he wore a smart casual ensemble.

The handsome actor paired a white T-shirt with a black overcoat while giving the look a funky twist with the addition of tight black jeans and boots.

The Tudors star spiked his hair into a heavily gelled look while rocking a smattering of designer facial hair while he looped a pair of glasses into the neck of his T-shirt.

His ensemble was near identical to that of his co-star Dougray Scott who looked equally handsome in his white tee and coat combo, yet paired his look with trainers.

Jonathan has hit headlines of late as it was reported by The Irish Sun that he is expecting his first child with Mara, who he proposed to in 2014.

Mara sparked rumours that the duo has secretly tied the knot when she posted an image of a bunch of roses alongside the couple's dog Toca on Mother's Day.

The stunning star, who frequently calls herself and Jonathan, mummy and daddy to their pets, added the caption: 'Thank you for my Mother's Day flowers best Hubby, J. Thank you for letting me Mommy you, Toca Angel. #LuckyLady #ThankYouGo'.

Her reference to Jonathan as 'hubby' in the post sparked wedding rumours and insiders claimed late last month that the couple are now expecting yet another addition to the family aside from dogs.
