The actor, who plays brutal killer Negan in the AMC hit, layered up in a black leather jacket, over a black and brown plaid shirt and a black T-shirt.
He teamed it with black skinny jeans and brown boots that matched the colour of the large leather holdall he was carrying on his shoulder.
Jeffrey, sporting a healthy growth of grey designer stubble, covered up with a black baseball cap and shades.

With the season 7 premiere of the zombie horror apocalypse just two weeks away, he and his co-stars were out in force at Comic-Con.
They included Steven Yeun, Ross Marquand, Norman Reedus, Chris Hardwick, Michael Cudlitz, Danai Gurira and Sonequa Martin.
Season 6 ended on a cliffhanger back in April after Negan bludgeoned someone to death with a barbed-wire wrapped baseball bat.

The question is: who else is going to make it in the first episode of season 7?
A newly released preview, dripping with blood and suspense, seemed to suggest that Sheriff Deputy Rick Grimes isn't long for this world - unless he can make a miraculous escape from Negan.
The new season hits AMC on October 23.
