Furious Vodafone customers are still struggling with billing problems months after the telecoms giant promised service would improve.
Vodafone suffered a customer service meltdown last year after a computer glitch sent its billing system into disarray.
Shortly afterwards, watchdog Ofcom launched an inquiry into how Vodafone handles complaints.
The firm then promised to improve.
But the regulator still received almost triple the number of complaints about Vodafone than any other phone firm between April and June this year, its latest report shows.
This is the fifth time in a row the firm has topped the complaints table for monthly mobile services.
The happiest customers were at Tesco Mobile, the report found.
