Iggy Azalea rents $15k-a-month pad in SAME gated community as her beau French Montana's ex Khloe Kardashian

She's found love again with rapper French Montana following her tumultuous split from Nick Young earlier this year.

And Iggy Azalea, 26, is continuing to move on with her life by renting a $15,000-a-month pad in a gated community which also houses the Kardashians, according to TMZ.

The gossip site claims the star began renting the property four months ago, shortly after her split from Nick.

A source told the publication that Iggy selected the home in The Oaks because it was near equestrian facilities and was an ideal base as she searched for a home to buy.

Iggy has been sharing snaps from her home on her Instagram account, writing alongside one lavish interior snap: 'Is it weird I'm 9/10level excited about these drapes? I've subjected everyone I know to text messages about them as if they were a new puppy.' 

Meanwhile, French used to be romantically involved with Khloe Kardashian, and earlier this year he spoke of their special relationship despite their romance ending two years ago. 

'We're gonna be friends forever, me and Khloé,' he said.

Iggy is currently a judge on the X Factor Australia and has spoken of her desire to make the process as pain free as possible for the aspiring pop stars. 

She told the Daily Telegraph: 'I don't need to make this any worse than it's already going to be. I've tried to be nice, but truthful, because if you can be truthful but have compassion the message might actually be listened to.

'I've discovered it's really hard to be mean to people. I have been honest, but I don't want to crush anyone's soul.'

The star is gearing up for the release of her third album and recently spoke of how it was delayed for six month due to her relationship woes.

'I feel really confident about it,' she told DailyMail.com of her album. 'I was ready to release it in July and it's no secret I had my personal life fall apart and I really felt like I really needed the time, a few months to collect myself.'
