She is rumoured to be worth around $80million, and Christie Brinkley's bank balance may be about to get a lot heftier.

The 62-year-old has just listed one of her properties in The Hamptons for a staggering $25million.

Christie is set to make a huge profit on the property if she gets her asking price, as she paid $7.15million when she purchased it in 2004.

The five bedroom, five and a half bathroom Colonial property overlooks Sag Harbor Bay and features 327 feet of beachfront.

Christie's three-storey home was built in 1843 and spans 5,500 square feet on 4.5 acres of land.

The master bedroom boasts its own living room and terrace with stunning views of the harbour, and there's also a formal dining room and kitchen with marble counters.

It's the latest Hamptons property that Christie is trying to sell.

In June, the blonde beauty put the 11,000 square foot mansion where she raised her three children on the market for $29.5 million.

The property, which is known as Tower Hill, was built in 1891 and has been owned by Christie for 18 years.

The nine-bedroom house even comes with a country-style kitchen, art studio, spa, gym, reception rooms, a large office and even a greenhouse conservatory.  

It seems Christie has decided to move on now that her children are now all grown up.

Her youngest daughter Sailor, 18, has just started her freshman year at college and moved into an apartment in New York City.

Sailor is Christie's only child from her marriage to Peter Cook, which lasted from 1996 to 2008.

Peter also adopted her son Jack, 21, whose biological father is the supermodel's third husband Richard Taubman.

Christie wed Richard Taubman shortly after her split from Billy, who she remains good friends with, but they separated after just one year. Her first marriage was with Jean-François Allaux, from 1973 to 1981.

The blonde bombshell most recently dated John Mellencamp. The former couple announced their break-up in August after almost one year together.
