They share a transatlantic romance, thanks to their high-flying careers.

But love had taken Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 29, to the other side of the world on Tuesday, as she joined fiance Jason Statham in New Zealand, where he's filming.

The famous couple were caught in a rare and romantic clinch during a day at Piha Beach on Auckland's West Coast, and Rosie just couldn't resist a selfie.

With one outstretched arm and another wrapped around his shoulders, Rosie flashed her giant diamond engagement ring, which he is believed to have presented to her during a romantic New Year's break in Thailand.

Jason was later seen enveloping his 5ft 7in fashion model fiancee and trying to keep her warm during a bleak day.

Jason was spending a day off from filming 2018 horror-sci-fi film Meg, in which he stars as Naval Captain Jonas Taylor.

In the film, Jason's expert sea diver character is attacked at sea by a mammoth, 70-foot sea creature, which is believed to be extinct for more than a million years.

Five years later, the sea captain risks his own life to prove that Carcharodon Megalodon is still alive.

Rosie has flown all the way over from Tokyo, Japan where she was on promotional duties with footwear brand UGG.

Jason and Rosie announced their engagement in January, during a red carpet appearance at the Golden Globes.

They had been an item for five years after meeting on the set of 2011’s Transformers and they shared their first date at Coachella music festival.
