She's been showing off her gym-honed physique through an array of saucy swimwear snaps, as she holidays in the US.

But Caroline Flack proved her enviable figure does not come without hard work on Thursday, as she was spotted leaving another workout in LA.

The TV presenter, 36, flaunted her tanned and toned pins for all to see in a tiny pair of shorts as she headed home during her sun-soaked Californian break - epitomising the phrase 'work hard, play hard'.

The Love Island host showed off her enviably lithe legs in her pair of skimpy charcoal sports shorts - cutting high up her thigh to elongate her already leggy frame. 

Covering up elsewhere after her workout, the past Strictly Come Dancing champion sported a matching hoody, shielding her famously petite figure.

Adding a pop of colour to the toned-down and casual look, the former Xtra Factor presenter dressed her feet with a pair of coral sports trainers with contrasting black laces.

Sweeping her hair into a loose, messy ponytail and adding a pair of retro round sunglasses, the Enfield native exuded effortless and cool beauty as she headed out to continue her day Stateside. 

The British beauty has jetted to the US for business meetings - but has been living it up on the beach and at gigs with friends, according to her Instagram page. 

Posing in a multitude of trendy beach ensembles, Caroline's slender and toned figure is clear to see in her holiday snaps - as well as a new-found confidence.

The TV personality revealed earlier this year that she decided to shape up for her own well-being, happiness and health.

Speaking to Your Fitness Magazine about the body overhaul, she said: 'I'd hate to think I did this for anyone else. The truth is I did this for me ­to make myself feel the very best I could and this is the way I decided to do it.'

The key to her new look is cutting out all sugar, with Caroline adding: 'I'm consuming more calories now than ever before, they're just the right calories.

'I'm always starving in the morning so I eat a lot for breakfast it's usually scrambled or poached eggs, bacon, avocado, mushrooms or sometimes even steak.

'What made the biggest difference to how I looked and felt was cutting out all sugar.'

Caroline herself admits it was not an easy feat however, constantly struggling with temptation to indulge on nights out with friends.

She told OK! magazine: 'I spent a lot of time indoors, because the temptations were outdoors, for me, the beginning of this year was just doing exercise, work, yoga, home, sleep, you know that kind of thing, it was very military.'

The break will no doubt come as a relaxing time away from the UK - after being forced to deny drug use recently as fans mistook a pen in an Instagram snap for a rolled up note.

As Caroline posted the photograph on Instagram, one beady-eyed user penned: 'Rolled up note there, Caroline…. and a card.' before she swiftly hit back: 'It's a child's crayon lol.'
