He's been back-and-forth from Queensland's Gold Coast since July to film the newest addition of the Thor series.

But Tom Hiddleston was spotted taking a break from his acting duties on the set of Thor: Ragnarok to grab a coffee between scenes.

Tom cut a casual figure as he stepped out in the Gold Coast in a navy jacket and dark jeans.

He paired the outfit with a navy T-shirt and grey suede laced shoes and wore a black belt to finish the ensemble.

A bespectacled Tom rocked a head of brown hair, unlike what is usually seen within the Thor movies, which sees the 35-year-old with sleek raven tresses.

Tom was seen carrying his Apple Mac laptop as he walked down the street before stopping to chat to a bystander.

His face appeared shaven as he made his way to a nearby cafe for a coffee, talking to the waitress before making his order.

Tom has been in Queensland on-and-off since July filming sequel Thor: Ragnarok, where he will reprise his role as Thor's evil adopted brother Loki.

The 35-year-old made headlines when he split from pop star Taylor Swift after just three months together.

An insider exclusively told DailyMail.com last month that the 26-year-old Bad Blood singer felt 'uncomfortable' with the 35-year-old actor's desire to be 'so public'.
