Trinity Gay (pictured left and right with her father), herself a rising track star, was shot in the neck at Cook Out restaurant (inset) in Lexington early Sunday morning. She was taken to hospital but succumbed to her injuries, according to officials.

Horrific moment guards armed with AK47 rifles beat a diner to ground at restaurant in Kazakhstan following a 'dispute over bill' 

The video shows the paramilitary-style guards attacking a diner in a restaurant Pavlodar, Kazakhstan. One of the guards used an AK47 assault rifle to beat the customer (right). Another diner is thrown to the floor before being kicked in the head by one of the guards.
