The internet is in uproar after a man in Brazil posted an image of his dog (pictured, left), apparently sporting five tattoos. The bull terrier appears to have tattoos on its nose, ears, and below both of its eyes. The dog's owner (top right), a tattoo artist from Poços de Caldas in Minas Gerais state, deleted the image and his own Facebook profile after being criticised. But he later claimed he did it to protect the dog (bottom right, before it was tattooed) from cancer.

A barbecue gas bottle exploded during a party on Saturday night in Toongabbie, in Sydney's west, (pictured) leaving a man in his 20s with minor burns to his body. The moment of the explosion, which terrified neighbours, was caught on CCTV footage (inset) and a larger flash of white light can be seen filling the dark sky. It is the eighth barbecue gas bottle explosion in New South Wales in the past week.

It's supposed to be a mythical creature hiding somewhere in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, but has Bigfoot finally been captured on video in Indonesia? Footage captured in the south east Asian country appears to show an enormous creature (pictured) walking upright through rolling green hillside. While on the somewhat distorted clip it can't be determined exactly what the creature is, some conspiracy theorists are believing it may finally be real footage of Bigfoot.

WARNING GRAPHIC CONTENT: Two Georgia men were killed in a speed boating accident on the Potomac River near Fairview, Maryland, on Saturday afternoon. James Melley, 49, and Garth Tagge, 61, were traveling at speeds in excess of 225kph, according to witnesses who watched the Potomac River Radar Run. The event is an annual race, though there are questions as to whether this particular race was sanctioned by authorities. In video of the accident, the boat is seen traveling at a high speed (left) before it flips over (center and right), violently ejecting the two men.

Donald Trump has accused Saturday Night Live of being part of a media conspiracy to 'rig' the elections. The Republican presidential candidate called Alec Baldwin's portrayal of him on Saturday night a 'hit job' and said the Emmy-award-winning actor 'stinks'. The comments were a part of a series of tweets claiming that he's the victim of an orchestrated attempt by media outlets to fix the election against him. SNL has skewered Trump throughout the election, but last night's sketch of the second presidential debate with Alec Baldwin and Kate McKinnon may have been the last straw. On Sunday morning, Trump tweeted: 'Watched Saturday Night Live hit job on me. Time to retire the boring and unfunny show. Alec Baldwin portrayal stinks. Media rigging election!'

A new bizarre crime wave for manuka honey has stung Sydney stores as sticky bandits are stealing dozens of jars at a time - going for up to $80 each - and selling them on the black market. Manuka honey is said to have powerful anti-bacterial qualities and some anecdotal reports from stores across Sydney revealed small businesses are losing thousands of dollars worth of stock. Earlier this year, a thief was caught on CCTV (pictured) using an umbrella to block the staff members view while an accomplice stole the honey. The thief was caught and found guilty of stealing honey across multiple stores, but is now on the run.

Florida police arrested Curtis Sanders (insets), a 30-year-old Fort Lauderdale resident who was filmed by surveillance cameras attempting an armed robbery of a convenience store on Tuesday only to be shot and wounded by the clerk (above). In the video of the incident, Sanders is seen pulling a gun on the clerk who was manning the cash register. As the clerk grabbed his own gun, Sanders pulled the trigger and shot the clerk in the face. The clerk then returned fire and wounded Sanders multiple times.

The behemoth vessel, called Sailing Yacht A, is the latest superboat to make its way into the expansive collection of industrialist Andrey Melnichenko, thought to be worth £8.5 billion. It was seen undergoing tests and employing its sails for the first time in Strande, nearby Kiel, northern Germany, its shadow dwarfing other nearby sailing boats (shown main). At eight-decks and with masts that are nearly 330ft tall (pictured inset), it eclipses the height of London's Elizabeth Tower, which houses the Great Bell known as Big Ben. It also boasts a digital control system that has a touch sensitive sheet of black glass, allowing the crew to raise and lower the sails and anchor with the swipe of their fingers. Sailing Yacht A's keel incorporates one of the largest single pieces of curved glass ever made at 193 square feet, creating an underwater lounge on the bottom deck, and it is powered by a hybrid diesel-electric system at a top speed of 21 knots (24 mph).

Trainer Darrick Thomson, 42, says he has formed an 'inseparable bond' with Kham Lha since she was rescued and brought to the reserve last year. Darrick, who is originally from Toronto, Ontario, pretended that he had got into trouble in the river, splashing and crying out for help (inset). In the world of professional Instagram 'influencers', the appearance of perfection is often paramount to someone's success. However one Australian fitness blogger has spoken out about showing her flaws. Beck Lomas (left and inset) has posted pictures of her 'bleeding, pimply, sore face' (right) on her Instagram account, showing her 155,000 followers what her skin really looks like. She says that a lot of social media stars don't do this, but added that it's important to be real and show your flaws.

Frankie Morrison, 12-months-old from Hull, was born with just two tablespoons of blood in her body and the rest was made up with water. Her parents Maria Sandars (right), 32, and Chris Morrison (left), 33, were told to expect the worse as she went in for two emergency blood transfusions. But in just three days the little girl made a miraculous recovery.

Footage of a bizarre moment on Spanish TV has gone viral, as presenter exposes the breast of actress Yola Berrocal - once known for the largest bust in Spain - while the cameras roll. A hand gesture from the host knocks loose the 46 year old woman's dress, to the shock of the audience, before she storms out of the studio.

Sherie-Lea James saw her mother Sam (pictured together, left) for a few minutes after getting back from a holiday in Cornwall, telling her 'I love you mum' before going to a party with a friend in South Ockendon, Essex. The next time Miss James saw Sherie-Lea (right), paramedics were trying to revive her after she took ecstasy tablets at a 29-year-old man's house and suffered a cardiac arrest. She was pronounced dead at the hospital, where staff tried again in vain to bring her back to life, but it is thought her body was left vulnerable from having cancer as a toddler. Miss James (inset) said her life will 'never be the same' and urged other teenagers to stay away from drugs.

Sandy beaches and turquoise waters form a vision that will inspire wanderlust in most people - especially when the weather cools. But while you might have imagined white or pale yellow sand, there are a few destinations around the world where the beaches actually have a subtle shade of pink. One of the most famous example is Pink Sands Beach, a three-mile long stretch of sand on Harbour Island in the Bahamas but you can also find it in Italy (bottom right), Greece (top left, bottom left and inset) and Indonesia (top right).

Owner Mat Ambrose, from Falmouth, Cornwall, (pictured inset) filmed his Bengal cat Maximus as he sang the line: 'Boom boom boom, let me hear you say wayo'. The cat responds by purring, making a 'wayo' sound - just like in the original (right). Mat shared the clip on social media, where it has been viewed over 3.7 million times.

A beagle named Rex (left) suffered from nosebleeds and bouts of sneezing for six months until a veterinarian found a five-inch long twig lodged up his nose. Owner Mark Kovicak took his beloved pet to a park in Grand Rapids, Michigan, this April, where Rex chased after a rabbit before returning with a nosebleed. The problems persisted even after Rex was put on a number of different medications, until a CT scan (right) found the shockingly long stick in his nose (inset)

The video shows the paramilitary-style guards attacking a diner in a restaurant Pavlodar, Kazakhstan. One of the guards used an AK47 assault rifle to beat the customer (right). Another diner is thrown to the floor before being kicked in the head by one of the guards. Police said they have arrested three suspects, who face up to seven years in jail if convicted of grievous bodily harm.

Police are hunting a flasher who looks just like Little Britain character Andy Pipkin (right_. Officers released an e-fit of the pervert (left) - described as 'unkempt' with 'balding with straggly hair' and a large belly - last week after he flashed a woman in Fleet, Hampshire. Upon seeing the e-fit locals immediately joked that the pervert looked just like Little Britain's Andy Pipkin - played by Matt Lucas - who pretends to be disabled and is pushed around by carer Lou Todd, played by David Walliams (inset). Social media users couldn't help but notice the striking resemblance saying 'want that one' and 'what a kerfuffle'.
