As the niece to Kylie Jenner, founder of her own Lip Kit enterprise, it's no wonder she's curious about cosmetics.

And North West, aged three, got the chance to have her 19-year-old aunt apply a dark coat of lipstick.

The two were attending a birthday party thrown by Kylie and her rapper beau Tyga for his son, King Cairo, who turned four on Sunday.

As the precious little girl squealed with excitement, Kylie agreed and took a snapshot of North in the black gloss.

She humourously captioned the photo: 'What happens at auntie Kylie's stays at auntie Kylie's.'

After a mini makeover, North headed for an afternoon of fun at a Ferrari-themed birthday party thrown by Kylie and Tyga for his son with ex, Blac Chyna, 28.

There was a balloon Ferrari floating in the pool, an enormous replica Ferrari racing track for remote-controlled cars - Ferraris, obviously.

With Kim Kardashian and Kanye West as her parents it was a given that North West would have a mini wardrobe to match her stylish mom and dad's.

And we love that the three year old cutie is currently eschewing super girly froth and frills in favor of something a little bit more street. Take a look at the sweet outfit she wore to the birthday party of Tyga's son King.

North's parents were likely not in attendance as the party came on the heels of Kim's attack earlier this month where she was robbed at gunpoint by five men in a $11 million heist during Paris Fashion Week.
