Less than 10 weeks after delivering her firstborn daughter Liv, Bar Refaeli is back in exquisite shape.

On Monday, she enjoyed the results of all her hard work, posting a bikini photo to Instagram that showcased her enviably flat midriff.

In the picture, the 31-year-old leapt into her swimming pool, her hair flying and her arms outstretched like wings. Her caption vamped: 'I've always been so gracious ..'

Lest anyone should forget, however, how she got to that point, she's been studiously updating her fans on how hard she's worked.

An Instagram GIF uploaded Sunday showed the model stood on an upturned balance ball, kicking one leg back as she gripped a pair of suspension straps.

'As you can see,' she captioned. 'I'm all about getting back in shape #addicted'.

On Friday, she'd posted a photo of herself in the same outfit - a white tank top that bared a bit of sports bra, plus navy leggings - in another workout position.

Her arms stretched behind her head, the Hod HaSharon native arced her back against her balance ball as she lay down with her feet in a stirrup.

'And now,' she proclaimed in her caption, 'let the weekend begin!' throwing in an emoji of a clenched fist for good measure.

The ex-girlfriend of Leonardo DiCaprio married her second and current husband Adi Ezra last September, announcing her pregnancy via Instagram this January.

On August 11, she gave birth to Liv at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv.
