'Keep eating and growing!' Hamilton's Leslie Odom Jr. reveals he's expecting his first child with Nicolette Robinson

While 2016 has been a good year for Leslie Odom Jr., 2017 looks to be even better.

The 35-year-old performer, who garnered a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of Aaron Burr in the smash-hit musical Hamilton, announced Monday he and wife Nicolette Robinson are expecting their first child.

'Little one, you're on our mind all the time,' the Queens, New York native said. 'Keep eating and growing! We love you and we're already so proud of you! Love, your mom and dad.'

The banner announcement was accompanied by a Polaroid photo of Odom and his stunning 28-year-old spouse (who plays Jane on Showtime's The Affair) sitting together under four gold balloons arranged to spell the word 'Baby.'

Robinson originally posted the shot, telling her followers, 'Leslie and I are so excited to share the news that we have a sweet baby on the way,' adding the hashtag '#pregnant.'

The beauty, who's also been seen on TV shows such as Hart of Dixie and Perfect Couples, called the couple's unborn child 'one of the greatest gifts we could ever ask for.'

Following his huge breakout in the musical, Odom in June stated he was leaving the production in a streaming video on Facebook Live, describing his stint in the hit as the 'most completely wonderful, totally healing, and inspiring experience from beginning to end.

'I'm excited to have a blank page, and I'm excited to go out and find something new,' Odom said in the clip.

He went out on top in an emotional July 9 performance at the Richard Rodgers Theater on Broadway witnessed by high-profile audience members including Jennifer Lopez, Rosie O'Donnell, Spike Lee, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and his former co-star on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Mariska Hargitay.

Odom subsequently told the AP that he was focusing on his music career as a solo artist, seeking 'to go around the country and around the world with this music and meet people and connect with people, which is what I love to do most.

Coming off his scorching momentum from Hamilton, Odom re-released his first album this summer, consisting of 10 covers.

He's slated to record four albums for S-Curve Records/BMG as part of an expansive deal the label inked him to following his rousing success in Hamilton.

Rising star: Robinson has carved out a career as a working actress, including a prominent role on The Affair, a Showtime series
